Also known as "Strata Management" and "Body Corporate", an Owners Corporation manages the common property of a residential development, such as an apartment building or townhouses with a shared space.

PROPERTY MANAGEMENT

As an agency, our focus is Property Management.

Property Management is often viewed as the "poor cousin" of the Sales Office, and this isn't a view we subscribe to.

Under both hats we work with owners, residents, real estate representatives, trades and service suppliers to help properties be a pleasant place to live whilst managing the owner’s financial investment.
