All fees are negotiable and subject to variables like location, maintenance, condition, or perhaps issues needing attention.

Our ongoing management fees are 7.7% on the rent collected.

A letting or leasing fee is equal to 2 weeks rent. 

We also charge some small fees like annual statement fees, inspection fees, and costs for VCAT preparation/attendance.

We will on charge the cost of a Premiere online rental advertisement through realestate.com.au.

If you would like professional photography, including 3D tours and a floor plan, this cost will be additional. 

If you would like advertising material such as brochures or a signboard, this cost will be additional.

You will pay what we pay - we will only ever on charge expenses as a reimbursement and we don't offer vague & confusing "package deals" where your products/services are not transparent.

We will not charge additional costs or take commissions from external service providers.

We have made a business decision to charge a higher flat rate for our services, and not charge many of the ancillary fees. 

As a general guide:-

Our fee per lot are $350 +gst.
The fee charged is dependent on the size of the property, and the level of complexity involved in managing the property.

Our annual disbursements are $60 +gst per lot.
These are the costs of postage, technology, and other "out of pocket" expenses in running your site.

Our hourly rate for matters outside of the daily management of the owners corporation is $150 +gst per hour. 
This fee, as an example, is for VCAT matters, site visits where a member of the OC is required to be present, and situations where the workload requested by the Committee consistently exceeds the original scope of works provided to us.
